Horsepower Farms is being developed by Chip Vance, owner of Auto Assets, an independent automobile sales and repair facility in Powell, Ohio.  Chip started drawing pictures of cars, building models and playing with slot cars at a very young age.  

Chip started in the car business in 1985 selling and leasing automobile for MultiLease of Ohio. After college, he gained experience working for both Ford Motor Company and General Motors as a computer information systems contractor.  

He joined Auto Assets in 1996 as a service writer, purchasing the company in 2004. Chip saw the need for storage and warehouse of collector and special interest cars in Central Ohio.  The developers' love of cars and the developers experience with cars ensures this development is By Enthusiasts - For Enthusiasts.

Chip is an avid collector of interesting street cars and has 2 vintage race cars. The developer has a love of cars and is eager to serve the needs of Powell and Central Ohio Car Collectors.
