The Clubhouse has a Men’s and a Women’s “public” restroom that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to Club Members. Access to the Clubhouse restroom is by a coded door.
The Clubhouse is available to property owners 2 times a year free of charge. The Clubhouse can be rented for special events at low cost to property owners. The Clubhouse is equipped with a large Television, Sound system, Beverage Cooler, Commercial Ice Machine and Dishwasher.
The Clubhouse has Tables and Chairs as well as an outdoor seating area overlooking the pond. The Clubhouse will host property owner meetings and can be used by property owners for Club Meetings, Birthday Celebrations, Family Gatherings and more based on availability.
The grass is coming in around the Pond.
This will be the largest section of asphalt at Horsepower Farms. Between buildings 2 and 3 there is a large expanse of asphalt for easy maneuvering of even the largest rigs.
The lights at Horsepower Farms are all LED. While the buildings are well illuminated, there is not light pollution spilling over to adjacent properties.
Our development plan included the creation of a section of City of Powell Bike path. We know that the OPAL representatives will be pleased with this great contribution to the community.
