The Clubhouse has a Men’s and a Women’s “public” restroom that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to Club Members. Access to the Clubhouse restroom is by a coded door.
The Clubhouse is available to property owners free of charge. The Clubhouse can be used for special events by property owners. The Clubhouse is equipped with a large Television, Sound system, Beverage Cooler, Commercial Ice Machine and Dishwasher.
The Clubhouse has Tables and Chairs as well as an outdoor seating area overlooking the pond. The Clubhouse will host property owner meetings and can be used by property owners for Club Meetings, Birthday Celebrations, Family Gatherings and more based on availability.

This will be the largest section of asphalt at Horsepower Farms. Between buildings 2 and 3 there is a large expanse of asphalt for easy maneuvering of even the largest rigs. There is 65 feet of maneuvering room between buildings to make even the largest rig movement a breeze.

The lights at Horsepower Farms are all LED. While the buildings are well illuminated, there is no light pollution spilling over to adjacent properties. We want to be the best neighbor!

Our development plan included the creation of a section of City of Powell Bike path. We know that the OPAL representatives will be pleased with this great contribution to the City of Powell.
